Ive had treatment for pain in my hip for 2 years. Its now getting worse and affecting my work. Ive had no problem getting appointments with the same GP for continuity, (Dr Campbell). I had the Xray & physio was booked within the week. The results were worse than we thought. I had bloods done the same day & the day after my appointment came through for the orthopaedic consultant. The appointment is in October. The whole process will have taken 4 weeks. Dr Campbell has considered my perspective & the impact on my life and work whilst giving me the options available I'm very impressed and never expected it to be sorted so fast.

The four of us went as a family for travel vaccinations to see Nurse Lorraine Mc Nally , she had us all in together and explained everything plus giving us lots of advice. My 16 year old son isn't great with injections and wasn't good at all Lorraine couldn't have been nicer and her care for him was outstanding. I'm sure future injections for him now won't be such a big ordeal

You can rarely get an appointment in an appropriate amount of time, for example, I was eight and a half months pregnant and I woke one morning to find I couldn't hear from my left ear. Called the surgery and was told that my illness didnt warrant an appointment on that day! Ridiculous.

My name never appeared on the screen when it was my turn to see the doctor. And staff were not brilliant at pronouncing it properly. I’ve asked several times to make my name appear on the screen so I knew it was me. It happened 3 times that my name was called, so they say, and I didn’t either recognise it as mine or didn’t hear at all, so staff thought I left. Patients names on the screen for everybody would help.
